Exhibitor Regos Open

Exhibitor Registrations are now OPEN

for the NSWSDPA 2025 Annual State Conference, being held at Twin Towns Resort, Tweed Heads, from 3 – 5 September.

This year there is only one level of exhibitor package, Premium Exhibitor, at the low price of $5,500. Exhibitor package inclusions are listed in the Exhibitor Prospectus. Note that Lead Capture is NOT included in your registration cost.

When you register as an exhibitor you will be asked to select your exhibitor booth.

You will also need to upload a copy of your corporate logo in a suitable format (JPG, JPEG or PNG) for inclusion in the conference program booklet and the conference app. Please have a copy of your corporate logo ready for upload in a suitable format (see above) at the time you register

As part of your registration you may purchase optional items including:

• a half or quarter page advertisement in the conference program booklet
• an insert of promotional material (up to one A4 page) in the Conference delegates’ package

If you wish to purchase an advertisement, please have any files needed ready for upload in the appropriate format (PDF) at the time you register.

If you purchase an insert then you will be contacted closer to the conference with details about when and where to send them.

Payment is preferred by credit/debit card at the time of registration. (If you wish to pay by invoice, please contact Scott Leavers by email at scott.leavers@det.nsw.edu.au or mobile 0412 771 325 at the time you register).

Payment by invoice is due in full within seven (7) days of the invoice date. Please use your business name followed by Conf25 as the reference. Instructions for payment will be included in the registration web page and the invoice. If payment is not received by that date, then your registration may be cancelled.

After registration you will be able to purchase additional extras through our conference suppliers. These extras, including Lead Capture licence(s) and enhancements to your exhibitor pod, are listed in detail in the exhibitor prospectus. Information will be sent to registered exhibitors in the near future.
