2024 Conference Exhibitor Registration OPEN

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATIONS NOW OPEN                             

Exhibitor registrations are now open for the NSWSDPA 2024 Annual State Conference to be held at the Sheraton Grand on Hyde Park in central Sydney from Wednesday 4 September to Friday 6 September 2024.

There are four levels of exhibitor packages:

• Platinum – Multiple Frontages, Prime location costing $6,800
• Gold – Single Frontage, Prime Location costing $6,300
• Silver – Multiple Frontages, Standard Location costing $5,900
• Bronze – Single Frontage, Standard Location costing $5,500

All exhibitor packages include:

• A 2m x 2m walled booth with your corporate name and logo featured on one or two frontages (depending on package selected)
• Table, table cloth and two chairs
• Lighting and power to your booth
• Attendance for up to two representatives at the Sponsors Reception on Wednesday night
• Day Packages for up to two representatives, consisting of Morning Tea and Lunch, on each of Thursday and Friday
• Inclusion of your logo, corporate name and booth location in the Conference Program Booklet
• Inclusion of your logo, corporate name and booth location in the Conference App
• Overnight security on Wednesday and Thursday nights in the exhibitor areas.
• The Sponsors Reception on Wednesday evening and Morning Tea / Lunch on each of Thursday and Friday will be served in the exhibitor areas.

Optional items are also available:

• Up to two additional places at the Wednesday Evening Sponsors Reception
• Up to two additional Day Packages for representatives on each of Thursday and Friday
• A half page or quarter page advertisement in the conference program booklet
• An insert of promotional material (up to one A4 page) in the Conference delegates’ package.

The preferred payment method is by credit / debit card. If paying by Invoice your payment is due in full within 7 days of the date of the invoice. If payment is not received by that date, then your registration will be cancelled.

You will also be able to purchase licences for Lead Capture directly from Cvent at a later date if you wish. Information about how to do so will be sent to registered exhibitors.
